How long will my candle burn?

Our 8 oz candles are designed for approximately 40–45 hours of burn time. Burn times vary with room conditions and candle care.

How should I care for the wick?

Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each use. Allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the vessel on the first burn.

When will my order ship?

Orders are prepared within 2–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email after your order is on its way.

Can I send a gift directly?

Yes. Add the recipient’s shipping address during checkout and include a note in the order comments.

What do I do with the empty vessel?

Once the wax is finished, gently clean the vessel with warm soapy water and reuse it as you like.

On the first light, allow the melt pool to approach the vessel edge for an even surface.

Place the candle on a stable, heat-safe surface away from drafts and moving curtains.

Stop burning when about 1/2 inch of wax remains, then clean and reuse the vessel.
